Welcome to 7University. Please note that this system, including the content and courses accessible through it, is supplied by 7-Eleven, Inc. It is important that you read, understand and comply with the following terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FRANCHISEES: The following materials were developed for use by 7-Eleven, Inc. in its 7-Eleven® and Speedway® Corporate owned Stores. We are making this information available for you to use in your 7-Eleven® or Speedway® franchised store if you so desire. Under the terms of your Franchise Agreement, you are an independent contractor, solely responsible to control the manner and means of the daily operation of your store, including the hiring and firing of employees, developing of employee schedules, and all other employment-related matters. By providing you with these materials, 7-Eleven, Inc., Speedway LLC, and their subsidiaries and affiliates are in no way altering your status as an independent contractor, or assuming any responsibility for the manner and means of the daily operation of your store or any of your employment- related decisions. All employment-related decisions you make will be solely your own decisions. 7-Eleven, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates do not provide any guarantees in connection with these materials, nor assume any liability for providing you with these materials. You are not required to use these materials, but you are required to comply with your Franchise Agreement, store brand standards, and all applicable laws in the operation of your store. You are free to add any materials you may choose or use different materials to assist you in complying with these obligations. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EMPLOYEES OF FRANCHISEES: If you are an employee of franchised store and are using these materials, please understand that you are an employee of the franchisee and not an employee of 7-Eleven, Inc., Speedway LLC, or their subsidiaries or affiliates. Under the terms of your employer’s Franchise Agreement, he/she is an independent contractor and solely responsible to control the manner and means of the daily operation of his/her store, including the hiring and firing of employees, developing of employee schedules, and all other employment-related matters. By providing you with this information, we are in no way altering your status as an employee of the franchisee, or assuming any responsibility for any of your employment-related issues. By using these materials you acknowledge and agree that you are an employee of our franchisee and are not in any way considered to be an employee, agent, or independent contractor of 7-Eleven, Inc., Speedway LLC, or their subsidiaries or affiliates. Additionally, we do not provide any guarantees in connection with these materials, nor do we assume any liability for providing you with these materials.
